Tech Stack
XRPay utilizes a robust event-driven microservices architecture. It maintains persistent websocket connections to public ripple-d nodes to listen to ledger updates. When a payment intent is created, a unique destination tag is leased. The transaction listener filters incoming transactions for the specified destination tag and payment amount. Once detected, the transaction is validated for cryptographic ledger finality and a webhook payload is securely signed (HMAC-SHA256) and fired to the merchant's API.
